- Lead the curation and implementation of our internal staff engagement programme on sustainability
- Lead the curation of our internal monthly sustainability newsletter
- Support the planning and execution of key internal and external engagement platforms for our management, portfolio companies and sustainability advisors
- Support research relating to topical trends, standards or global conferences, e.g. climate, nature, social, taxonomy, blended finance, PRI, UNFCCC COP, etc.
- Other institutional sustainability and research projects, as required
- Pursuing a degree in environmental science, sustainability management, finance, business or a related field
- Genuine passion for sustainability, environmental and social issues, demonstrated through coursework, internships, projects or volunteer experiences
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical, project management and presentation skills
- Ability to work with sustainability data and metrics
- Problem-solving mindset to help identify practical solutions
- Good communicator in both written and oral communication, with an eye for detail
- Creative, forward-looking and results-oriented, with a focus on execution
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
