The candidate will be expected to prioritize their time accordingly to ensure they are able to offer appropriate technical and commercial support to the clients, local architects, engineers and contractors associated to the projects.
Responsibilities will include raising iGuzzini brand awareness and organizing appropriate sales and marketing activities to build a strong customer database and project matrix, with the ultimate goal of networking with all parties to enable you to convert a Project backlog into orders. Working in conjunction with the Area Manager SEA, the candidate will have regular discussion on strategy and operations.
The position offers diverse and varied responsibilities, the specific Job description will be discussed with any candidate personally and documented accordingly.The identification of potential key accounts/business opportunities and initial client introduction.Client confidence building through close working liaison and customer support.The facilitation and negotiation of the tendering process through involvement in the preparation and submission of a volume of quotations capable of generating a final order value equal to or in excess of agreed sales targets.To carry out continual project management on all open quotations.Maintain an undated pipeline in the CRM system and generate accurate monthly report to submit to reporting manager.Requirements:The ideal candidate is based in Singapore, fluent in English and has 5-8 years of experience in technical lighting and specification sales.Technical education or background is desired.Availability to travel to Italy for business and training purposes.Availability to travel to SEA countries to promote iGuzzini.Winning attitude, be pro-active andconscientious.Desire to build relationships and provide the best level of service above all else.
