Our group is ranked in the Top 3 in the cosmetics industry and in the Top 10 in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide.Your mission- Prepare and validate with Singapore Marketing Director on the digital marketing strategy in line with the strategic plan (portfolio, distribution / development channel, rationalization) ensuring the consistency with the defined strategy and capacity of central supply. Share the digital marketing plan at regional level.- Develop and lead tactical and multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns while respecting the allocated budgets.- Formulate and implement a strategic digital roadmap to drive brand awareness and engagement. Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative digital strategies.- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and Influencers for Always-on and Tactical and Affiliate programs initiatives.- Implement robust analytics and tracking mechanisms for digital tools, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize digital performance and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs). Monitor social media platforms for industry trends, brand mentions, and competitor activities.- Develop, in collaboration with agencies, all content and design to support all functions while ensuring the respect of brand image in marketing, e-retail, and all communication channels. Regularly utilize the global digital marketing tools (marketing book, medical studies…).- Identify, cultivate and support strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and collaboration opportunities.- Oversee the management of owned assets, including EDM marketing, website, ecommerce stores and social media platforms while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all owned channels.- Establish and nurture partnerships with media outlets for brand launch and promotion, including awards nominations. Coordinate PR efforts to maximize positive brand exposure.- Compile and share comprehensive bi-monthly reports, including digital best practices and performance metrics to share with the regional marketing team and help other countries to adopt your own practices by attending dedicated meetings. Collect and share information related to marketing activities (campaign feedback, launch effectiveness, competition trend, local insights, etc...) with regional marketing team.Who you are ?In conjunction with management and the global activation strategy applied locally:
  • Help to define action plans for the brand/area’s digital levers and their operational implementation according to the guidelines defined by global marketing
  • Analyze the performance of the actions carried out and suggest improvements in order to optimize performance.
  • Monitor the digital ecosystem on an ongoing basis and make suggestions for improvement
  • Help to develop and monitor the department’s budgets and performance indicators
  • Carry out the onboarding and develop the skills of the country’s marketing staff regarding the digital ecosystem (guidelines, tools, process).
  • Contribute to the local deployment of the group's digital transformation programs and implement good practices/group tools.
