- Help to define action plans for the brand/area’s digital levers and their operational implementation according to the guidelines defined by global marketing
- Analyze the performance of the actions carried out and suggest improvements in order to optimize performance.
- Monitor the digital ecosystem on an ongoing basis and make suggestions for improvement
- Help to develop and monitor the department’s budgets and performance indicators
- Carry out the onboarding and develop the skills of the country’s marketing staff regarding the digital ecosystem (guidelines, tools, process).
- Contribute to the local deployment of the group's digital transformation programs and implement good practices/group tools.
