- Develop curriculum and deliver lessons, primarily in the areas of Aircraft maintenance, Basic Aerodynamics, Aviation Legislation and Human Factors, as well as other Engineering disciplines.
- Supervise students' final year projects and internships, and reach out to various stakeholders such as industry partners and universities.
- Develop and conduct Continuing Education and Training (CET) lessons.
- Take part in academic research projects, R&D/Implementation projects or consultancy to the industry.
- Mentor and motivate students in their learning journey.
- Involve in school activities such as service learning, outreach events and similar activities.
- Undertake other administrative work related to the programme and student development activities.
- Require to undergo medical examinations to control exposure to occupational hazards.
- Qualification in Aerospace, Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the aerospace MRO, with the following criteria(s):
- Proficient in developing curriculum and delivering lessons related to CAAS SAR-66 curriculu
- Genuine passion to share knowledge and interact with youths, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent team player in collaborative settings.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and in meeting deadlines
- Strong industry linkages in the related fields.
