
Regional Executive, Planner SCM

- Coordinate and conduct forecast planning meetings with project stakeholders.
- Analyze, prepare, and submit accurate demand forecast data within planning timelines.
- Maintain and process data in forecasting and procurement systems.
- Set forecast parameters and monitor to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Proactively monitor slow-moving items and implement corrective actions.
- Establish processes to monitor inventory levels across products for both short- and long-term horizons.
- Track Days of Supply (DOS) and forecast accuracy metrics.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and support demand variability with agile planning.
- Integrate supply chain activities across internal teams to support overall operations and visibility.
- Process procurement data on a weekly basis and manage purchase orders based on planning inputs.
- Maintain and update product pricing within SAP; resolve missing or outdated pricing with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform SAP system transactions and data uploads related to supply chain processes.
- Download shipping schedules and communicate delivery timelines to stakeholders.
- Allocate inventory based on forecasts, additional requests, and excess stock for distribution to internal sales units.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and urgent stock requests from internal stakeholders or sales teams.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management, preferably in the high-tech or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with MS Office tools.
- Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP and TM1, is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,800 + AWS + VB (2-3 Months)
- Working Location: Labrador Park
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Fridays)
