- Coordinate sales activities, including managing client inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
- Communicate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide necessary support for successful sales transactions.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to schedule and coordinate shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, inventory levels, and shipment details using appropriate software systems (Navision)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to sales orders, shipments, or deliveries in a timely manner.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on sales and logistics performance, highlighting any areas for improvement or optimization.
- Arragement for pallet fumigation
- Verifying of invoices before sending to avoid overbilling.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, logistics operations, and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using sales management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
