Location: Singapore.This role will be a key member of the Agent Marketing team and contribute to building solutions to achieve student recruitment targets and growth plans.
The role will require autonomous decision-making in partnership with key stakeholders, empowering the role holder to become a crucial asset to the company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Creation, enhancement, distribution, and development of content to promote Study Group products and services.
- Maintaining brand integrity and strategically positioning the company as a trusted source of knowledge while establishing the company's status as a sector leader.
- In collaboration with other marketing functions, oversee the launch and promotion of new products and services to education agents/counsellors to meet profitability goals and targets.
- Working in partnership with other marketing teams to develop a deep understanding of the value proposition, pricing and messaging strategy for Study Group products and brands to be promoted across the market.
- Leveraging local market and customer insights to ensure the marketing strategy utilises the most effective channels and campaigns to connect and engage with prospective students and create a compelling and engaging customer experience.
- Partnership and collaboration with Sales teams to ensure alignment on key field marketing initiatives to drive student recruitment.
- Develop quality relationships and feedback loops with all stakeholders in the business.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring budgets are optimised to maximise impact and ROI.
- Collaborate in the planning, execution and evaluation of in-person events to support company growth targets.
- Develop and curate high-quality content for various marketing channels, including articles, emails, infographics and videos, demonstrating strong copywriting and design skills.
- Degree level qualification preferably in Marketing with specialisation in communications.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Regional languages such as Mandarin are desired.
- Excellent oral communication has personal credibility and gravitas to be able to operate amongst senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- A marketing and communications professional with a successful track record collaborating in communication projects of high-value products or services with a long sales cycle in a global marketplace
- Experience working in a multi-channel and matrix organisation
- An understanding of the international business environment and the challenges of working across multiple territories
- Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within the education sector.
