Our client a well-established leader and A1 main contractor in the civil engineering and construction industry, known for delivering high-quality projects across infrastructure, building, and specialized engineering sectors. As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking a M&E Engineer, to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.Key Responsibilities
- Achieve project objectives within the constraints of scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Accurately interpret technical designs and drawings for on-site construction.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and meet client specifications.
- Coordinate M&E services and prepare Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and Single-line Electrical Diagrams (SEM) for submission.
- Facilitate the integration of Civil, Architectural, and M&E works on site while liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules for timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and present reports to clients and project managers regarding progress, delays, and defects, along with proposing rectification measures for M&E works.
- Provide expert technical advice and address M&E technical issues.
- Coordinate and report on the progress of M&E works, arranging site inspections with system-wide contractors, subcontractors, and clerks-of-works.
- Adhere to safety and health regulations with the objective of achieving zero accidents at the workplace.
- Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping on site.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in building services is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
