- Support enhanced revenue contribution opportunities from Weddings business segment.
- Participate in third party organised weddings shows and Hotel organised weddings showcase.
- Attend to enquiries, conduct site inspections and finalize all details once the business is confirmed.
- Collaborate with all relevant internal and external vendors to support the successful executive of the wedding event including but not limited to attending to food tasting, recommend and support in linen selection, floral theme and wedding favour, issue Banquet Event Order and Weddings Resume and ensure exemplary service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Support Hilton Honors program and opportunities in members’ enhanced revenue contribution while ensuring guests’ satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports and proper upkeep of documents.
- Comply with all company policies and brand standards relating to marketing, operational process and systems operational procedures.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management in view of changing business needs.
