[What the role is] SENIOR MANAGER / MANAGER (TEST & AUTOMATION)[What you will be working on]You will be planning and managing end-to-end testing activities of a large-scale integrated e-payment system. You will identify the test scope for each project initiative and report on testing progress and test risks along with mitigations. You will also identify test process improvements and automate them for test efficiency and coverage.You could be someone who have built strong experience doing IT or engineering related work such as in system design and development, IT project management, or QA/testing, and have the drive to resolve conflicts and ensure quality outcome in project deliveries.As part of the job, you will be able to learn about the various ticketing systems deployed at Singapore’s public transport and provide valuable contribution to ensure the smooth rollout of new systems and enhancements[What we are looking for]
  • Background knowledge in Information Technology or Engineering
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing a team in system design, testing, software development or a relevant IT field (IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc)
  • Savviness with technology and have a penchant for details and quality
  • Good communication, planning, and people skills
  • Able to work effectively as a team-player as well as independently
  • Experience in designing or creating test automation solutions for systems (browser-based or embedded) using C, C++, J2EE, .NET or Selenium/Robot frameworks will be an advantage
