Barista (up to $3,800 basic | 9am to 6pm | Central Location)

• 9am to 6pm rostered 5 days week

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based and non-coffee beverages to high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coffee bar and equipment throughout the day
• Engage warmly with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive experience
• Monitor inventory of beans, milk, and supplies, and restock when necessary
• Support team members during busy periods, including basic cashiering or service help
• Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Strong interest in coffee and café culture, with a good understanding of espresso fundamentals
• Comfortable operating manual and semi-automatic espresso machines
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Friendly and service-driven, with clear communication skills
