● Design and develop age and developmentally appropriate curriculum, materials and
resources (e.g. templates, books, etc.) for 0- 6 children in MFS centres
● Lead specific work group in the Task Force to improve teachers' practice and children's
learning or curricula projects
● Pilot and implement curriculum in centres by partnering Pedagogists (Lead).
● Monitor curriculum implementation process by working closely with Pedagogists (Lead)
to understand ground challenges and feedback.
● Develop and deliver PD content for 1) Pedagogists , 2)Principals, 3) Deputy Centre
● Leaders and Lead Teachers to guide the enactment of curriculum at MFS centres
● Collaborate with Pedagogists (Lead) and Pedagogists to develop PD content for Teachers
to support enactment of curriculum at MFS centres
● Collaborate with MTL Team to identify best practices that can be applied across the
English and MTL curricula
● Leadership Responsibilities
● Co-create direction with Acting ADs and lead team in curriculum review, taking
cognizance of feedback received from MFS ADs, CQMs.
● Partner various stakeholders on NFC Task Forces and/or projectsRequirements● Possess Masters in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in Education
with relevant infant/toddler certifications
● Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
● Experience overseeing infant care centres
● Experience in curriculum development for birth to three
● Ability to conceptualize and apply knowledge to practical situations (Key)
● Demonstrate analytical skills and connect the dots.
● Present the curriculum that embodies the philosophy in a dynamic and engaging way
● Has prior experience in Curriculum Development (preferred).
