[What the role is] We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate for Rewards & Performance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be leading the compensation & benefits as well as performance management functions.[What you will be working on]
  • Lead compensation and performance review exercises, including annual increments, bonuses, promotions, salary reviews, benchmarking, and staff appraisals.
  • Oversee benefits administration and review, aligning with public sector guidelines, organisation’s Employee Value Proposition.
  • Propose budget and provide audit support for salary and benefits related matters.
  • Participate in organisation and sector-wide projects and discussions.
  • Support any other assigned duties, as required for the role.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in rewards and performance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Workday is advantageous
