- Design, deploy, and maintain the organization's system infrastructure, with a specific focus on Microsoft Office 365 technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and reliable system infrastructure solutions using O365.
- Act as the subject matter expert for O365, providing guidance and recommendations on best practices, security, and compliance.
- Monitor and proactively manage the O365 environment to ensure optimal performance, availability, and resilience.
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, and patches in coordination with the relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for O365 services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to O365, including email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other O365 applications.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to end-users and junior infrastructure team members.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
