Working Hours· 5 Days (Mon, Tue & Thurs: 7.00am to 5.00pm; Wed: 7.00am to 3.00pm; Fri: 7.00am to 4.30pm)· Lunch: 1 hourRequirements· Min GCE ‘O’ Level· At least 3 years of working experience in schools· Relevant experience in AV, computer hardware troubleshooting, repairs and maintenanceJob Description· Set up AV equipment for all school functions / activities, including contact time, staff meetings and morning assemblies· Maintain all AV hardware and repair equipment· Maintain and update AV hardware and software (e.g. video editing) inventory, including condemnation of equipment· Maintain a weekly progress log of repairs and services· Assist in the procurement of AV equipment, accessories and consumables· Assist in photography and videography· Supporting of Personal Learning Devices· Conduct AV training for staff and students· Conduct bi-monthly maintenance for standard classroom AV equipment· Other ad-hoc duties required by the schoolEA License No.: 96C4864Reg No.: R1106928 TOH LAY HOON
