Title: Planning ManagerJob Responsibilities:Provide leadership to Planning function of a projectParticipate in the development of functional strategy for schedule development based on agreed client requirements with respect to Engineering deliverables and procurement support and aligned with major milestonesDevelop project schedules in Primavera based on scope of work and project requirementsAnalyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to scheduleDevelop schedule recovery plans based on analysis of alternative courses of action for recovering slipped schedulesEvaluate project schedule progress, performance and analyze variance with reference to baseline scheduleDevelop a Progress Measurement Procedure for large scale engineering projects (to be based on physical deliverables progress and Earned Value)Job Requirements:Undergraduate Degree (4 year Program) preferably in Engineering with minimum 12 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of CPM and/or other planning and resourcing methodsProficient in using Primavera software for developing scheduleProficient in use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Power BIExperience in Oil & Gas Sector with exposure in developing Engineering SchedulesGood analytical and communication skillsAbility to generate analytical reports through Power BIExposure to PRIMAVERA Risk Analyser for conducting Schedule Risk Analysis will be an advantage
