- Support the Recruitment efforts with end-to-end management of recruitment assignments
- Build stakeholder relationships
- Execute on your approach, assess best requisite skilled candidates to present to stakeholders, perform active and ongoing sourcing to build pipelines across region
- Actively engage in accurate and detailing data input within the ATS (applicant tracking system).
- Build position relevant talent pools
- Utilize a variety of market local platforms, social media, and recruitment platforms to find the best talent
- Assist with the implementation of appropriate tools, systems, and processes to deliver pro-active solutions for recruitment processes
- Development and maintenance of our recruitment collateral that includes position descriptions, candidate messaging, and recruitment process documentation
- Contribute to and drive other Recruitment priority projects
- 10+ years of relevant Talant Acquisition experience, including extensive in-house/corporate recruiting experience
- Experience in leading team members
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong use of and understanding of reporting metrics
- Demonstrate knowledge of effective candidate experience
- Highly proficient in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems as well as local platforms to attract and engage with qualified candidates
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative / team environment
- Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented and a natural problem-solver who can take the initiative or escalate as necessary
- Demonstrable planning and organizational skills, able to manage concurrent projects and deadlines, ensuring delivery on time and on budget
- Proven ability to adhere to confidentiality requirements
- Experience of working with multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams will be well regarded
- Professionalism and integrity, exemplifying dss+ core values in way of working
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within management consulting
- Exceptional sourcing skills and a talent for engaging passive candidates
- Superior interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a remote team, taking work directions from supervisors based in a different country
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems or HR platforms
- A desire to improve the Recruitment experience internally and for our candidates
- Proactive and able to use your own initiative
- Mandarin, Indonesian/Javanese language abilities
