We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Relationship Management & Business Development within our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Singapore. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Grow and maintain relationships with Bank and NBFI clients in the South and Southeast Asia region, based on strong product knowledge of Treasury Services' product offering. Develop, track and report on relationship strategy/results for assigned client portfolio. Evaluate client needs and ensure sustained client engagement. Perform sales support activities including market research, drafting marketing materials, response to RFPs/RFIs, response to client enquiries and generation of call reports. Coordinate with internal business units to research and gather information necessary to track potential sales targets. Anticipate and resolve any compliance, legal or regulatory review required for solicitation and response. Working with relationship managers, implementation managers and relevant stakeholders to support all client-related onboarding and/or KYC activities for assigned client portfolio. Participate in client meetings and Treasury Services client seminars in the region. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Knowledge of Transaction Banking products and services, especially correspondent banking/clearing services, FX payments, Trade Finance, Cash Management and Liquidity management solutions. Candidates with prior experience supporting banks and NBFIs are preferred. Good working knowledge of using data analysis tools such as Swift.com Banking Analytics, Swift Traffic etc. Strong experience in KYC/AML risk and control process for banks and/or NBFIs. Fluency in any South/ Southeast Asian languages will be an advantage.
