$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

Conduct routine inspection of premises and all equipment.
Perform installation, preventive/corrective maintenance, repairing of in-house machinery & equipment of beauty service & cafe, simple software, and solution application.
Provide simple on-site service or remote support on hardware, software, solution application and information technology.
Performing basic repair and maintain of painting, drywall, simple electrical, plumbing, carpentry work.
Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
Project meetings and reviews to ensure targets are met.
Maintain proper inventory control
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Maintenance or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with local safety regulations is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
