- Engaging the industry and study industry performance and trends, including the latest technologies and practices locally and overseas, pre-empt changes to the industry, and propose changes/solutions that can be applied to operations
- Formulating and reviewing regulatory measures and licensing standards
- Managing licence application and renewal process, including appeals from licensees
- Managing and engaging licensees and tracking licensing standards regularly (including conducting audits on licensees)
- Monitoring and analysing device sharing data submitted by licensees
- Operationalising the existing QR code parking regime and project managing vendors
- Managing feedback from members of the public and communicating with stakeholders such as other government agencies and corporate companies
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience; relevant experience in regulation and operations work is a bonus. Candidates with at least 8 years of relevant experience may be considered for senior roles which may involve leading a team.
- Good data interpretation and analysis skills
- Good analytical, written and communication skills
- Highly adaptable, able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage external and internal stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Python is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
