Meaningful Work: Support Singapore enterprises in accessing the help they need to grow and succeed.Learning Opportunities: Gain exposure to digital transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.Skill Development: Build capabilities in stakeholder communication, and grant administration.What you will be working on:Support digital transformation initiativesAssist in digitalisation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and grant processing workflows.Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of digital solutions.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems, providing feedback to ensure they meet operational requirements.Provide quality grant administration supportReview and assess grant applications according to established criteria and guidelines.Respond to stakeholder enquiries about grant requirements and application processes.Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.Manage complex cases and escalations effectively, seeking guidance when needed.What we are looking for:Experience: 2- 4 years of experience; any prior experience in administration or operations would be beneficial.Skills: Good written and verbal communication abilities, with willingness to learn and take initiative.Mindset: Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to delivering quality work.About Enterprise Singapore:Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development.
