Follow up order process from confirmation to shipment
Follow up on the sampling process
Help managing the order allocation process within the department strategy and the set framework from Headquarters
Help to manage quotations, price analysis and price negotiations with supplier
Monitor selection critical path by daily liaisons with supporting departments and external parties
Work closely and effectively with cross-functional departments (QA, PD, Sourcing, Production, Artwork...) to mitigate potential risks and to ensure on-time delivery with the required quality standards
Contributes on the evaluation and monitor the factories for continuous improvement and business development
Proactively anticipate issues and provide problem solving wherever necessary
To provide support to the Line Manager

What you'll need

Good command of written and spoken English, additional languages would benificial
Detail-oriented mindset
Must be self motivated, organised, responsible, hardworking and independent
Good working attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player
Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
Ability to work under pressure
Fresh graduates will a relevant degreee will also be considered
Familiar with the related compliance standard is an advantage
