We also develop the Smart Nation infrastructure and applications, collaborating with citizens, businesses, and agencies to co-create impactful technologies.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help drive the next-generation social service case management platform that empowers caseworkers and community partners to deliver coordinated, holistic, and efficient support to families in need.As a Senior PM, you will own one or more functional domains within the platform - shaping requirements, driving delivery, and ensuring adoption. You will work closely with policy, operations, engineering, and vendor teams to make sure the product meets user needs, delivers measurable impact, and aligns with our strategic priorities.What you will be working on1. Product Planning & Roadmap ExecutionTranslate platform vision into a clear roadmap for your domain.Prioritise product backlogs based on business value, user impact, and dependencies.Align domain priorities with overall platform objectives and delivery timelines.2. Designing, Testing & IteratingConduct user research, workshops, and data analysis to define requirements.Work with designers and engineers to design, test, and deliver impactful features.Iterate based on feedback and metrics to improve usability and effectiveness.3. Stakeholder Engagement & Change ManagementBuild strong relationships with policy, operations, and tech stakeholders across agencies and community partners.Facilitate requirements gathering, feedback loops, and adoption activities.Balance competing needs and negotiate trade-offs while keeping focus on user and organisational outcomes.4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementDefine and track product performance metrics such as adoption, efficiency gains, and user satisfaction.Use analytics and insights to propose enhancements and improve product value.Support implementation of best practices in product management.5. Risk, Compliance & GovernanceIdentify and mitigate risks or delivery blockers.Ensure features meet security, compliance, and performance requirementsWork with QA teams to support testing and release readiness.What we are looking for:QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related discipline.5+ years in product management or related roles, with at least 3 years leading delivery for complex digital products.Experience delivering large-scale IT systems, ideally in case management, social services, or enterprise SaaS platforms.Working knowledge of Salesforce or other low-code platforms is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong product sense, backlog management, prioritisation, and delivery execution skills.Experience working directly with engineers, designers, and multiple stakeholder groups.Skilled in translating strategy into actionable requirements.Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and modern product development tools.Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.Nice-to-haveKnowledge of Singapore's social service ecosystem and processes.Experience in inter-agency systems integration or government digital services.GovTech is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diverse voices and perspectives, as we believe it is key to innovation.Our employee benefits are based on a total rewards approach, offering a holistic and market-competitive suite of perks.We champion flexible work arrangements (subject to your job role) and trust you to manage your time to deliver your best.Learn more about life inside GovTech at go.gov.sg/GovTechCareers.About Government Technology Agency:The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is the lead agency driving Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation.
