JOB DESCRIPTIONJob PurposeManage full sets of accounts including preparation of consolidated accounts under the fund structure. Other than the timely provision and analysis of financial reports, responsible for cash flow forecast and management, statutory compliance such as corporate tax and audit, budgeting and preparation of fund accounts. Also to ensure effective implementation of financial controls.· Able to lead and provide guidance to a team to meet reporting deadlines· Responsible for preparing full sets of accounts, involving multi-currencies under the fund structure· Prepare monthly management report, statutory reporting, quarterly reporting to investors and Group consolidation of accounts· Involve in budgeting process, cash management, variance analysis and other ad hoc duties· Handle corporate tax, GST filing and overseas VAT matters, government statistical reporting· Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary and overseas administrators· Ensure that policies/accounting treatment of investment instruments are in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in an MNC environment. Fund accounting experience would be an added advantage
Self-motivated, good communication skills, meticulous, organized, able to work independently and a proactive team player
Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment
Good knowledge of FRS and IFRS is required
