- Lead the development and implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience strategies
- Design and define BCM goals, objectives, and scope aligned with business plans and crisis management frameworks
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive crisis and business continuity plans across relevant entities
- Act as a key coordinator during incidents, leading cross-functional response efforts involving Security, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Operations, and IT teams
- Promote the digitalization of BCM management, including the adoption of tools and platforms to enhance monitoring, reporting, and automation of continuity planning
- Collaborate with various departments to identify resilience gaps, set Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs), and communicate business expectations
- Recommend and implement adaptable maintenance strategies that align with the bank's growth, changes, and resource capabilities
- Oversee BCM/BCP activities across the APAC region, with Singapore serving as the regional hub, and liaise with Tokyo Head Office as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 10 to 13 years of proven experience in managing business continuity and/or Operational Resilience within a large organization
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
- Hands-on experience in implementing BCP in accordance with MAS or other regulatory guidelines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to lead effectively during crisis situations
- Knowledge of Third Party Risk Management and IT/ Cyber Security is a strong advantage
