Job Scope:· Support in the reconciliation of data across multiple datasets from GPs and appointed laboratories for claims and payments.· Monitor vendors’ performance and ensure timely submission of data is uploaded to client's screening system.· Managing event operations, including handling vendors / volunteers on-ground, speaking to the public and supporting them to troubleshoot issues, etc. Please note that for event operations, some after-office hour or weekend duties would be expected.· Other Division’s administrative duties as assigned to the individual.Working Arrangement:Duration: 01/10/2025 to 31/03/2026Location: Outram Park/Islandwide (depending on activation)Working Hours:8.30AM – 6.00PM (Mon – Thurs)8.30AM – 5.30PM (Fri)*may require to work on weekends/over time on certain week daysSalary: $17-19/HRequirements:· Comfortable in speaking with people in public / handling event operations.· Familiarity with handling of numbers and datasets using Microsoft Excel for reporting and reconciliation purposes.· Ability to multi-task with an eye for details.EA License No.: 96C4864 (Shanice Lim Xin Ni)Reg.
