- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI-driven platforms, and associated features, expanding capabilities to meet dynamic market demands.
- AI & Platform Expansion: Drive the growth and adoption of AI services, transforming offerings from networking insights to comprehensive, full-stack solutions.
- Adoption & Revenue Growth: Implement successful go-to-market strategies to increase product adoption, achieving high attach rates and significant recurring revenue gains.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of generative AI solutions to simplify usability, including conversational AI applications for troubleshooting and beyond.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to deliver customer-focused innovations and support global initiatives.
- MSP Operations: Enhance platform observability and workflows for service providers, scaling adoption and improving operational effectiveness.
- Data-driven Insights: Oversee product analytics tools (Pendo) to derive actionable insights and inform product decisions.
- Professional Evangelism: Support sales, marketing, and evangelism of AI-driven networking solutions; participate in conferences and tech summits as a speaker.
- Experience: 12+ years in Product Management, Technical Leadership in SaaS and Enterprise Networking domains. At least 3 years of experience in AI in Enterprise Networking.
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- Industry knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of one or more AI driven networking platforms (e.g. Cisco/Meraki, Juniper/Mist, Aruba Central).
- Patents & Innovation: Proven innovator, with experience in product ideation (e.g. AI troubleshooting, agentic systems).
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, mentoring, and presentation skills; track record as a regular speaker at industry events.
- MBA is preferred.
- Background in supporting and enabling channel partners, ISVs, and enterprise customers.
