Job Description:
  • To produce and present programs on OLI 968 that appeals to the Indian community and uplifts the brand affinity locally and globally.
  • To work with the Programme Director and internal stake holders to fulfil the goals and objectives that are set out
  • To work in tandem with the audience team to ensure operational success and business continuity.
Responsibilities:On-air
  • To research, script, produce and present innovative and creative programmes (Information/Entertainment) that appeals to the listeners and advertisers (Weekday/Weekend)
  • To research and conduct interviews with profiles of various background
  • To research, script, voiceover and produce audio clips for the meLISTEN platform.
  • To script, voiceover, and produce trailers to promote the radio programmes and/or time-belt.
  • To schedule commercials/songs for broadcast.
  • To execute other radio/audio duties
On ground
  • To produce on ground events to engage the community.
  • To file roving reports during events and for client engagement events.
On socials
  • To script, host, film and produce engaging videos for OLI's social media pages

Qualifications:Requirements :
  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Media & Communication or any related fields
  • Possess a good voice
  • Good command of English Language and Tamil Language (written and spoken) as the candidate is hosting for a Tamil Radio Station
  • Eloquent, personable, creative and resourceful
  • Good writing skills which they can adapt for different platforms
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Active on social media Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok
  • Relevant music knowledge would be an advantage
  • Video editing/production knowledge would be an advantage
