2. Proactively review pending cases and engage advisors to follow up on outstanding requirements such as errors & omissions in form, questionnaires, omitted supporting documents etc
3. Liaison between advisers and internal departments (eg. New business, compliance, underwriters and customer service) on advisers’ appeals and post sales enquires
4. Assist in preparation of reports for management reporting periodically
5. Assist in creation of department workflows collaterals
6. Assist in preparation of communication materials – company broadcasts, circulars, training related announcements, incentives payouts / sponsorships to partners
7. Assist in tracking of sponsorship and sales incentives budget
8. Support business development team to create digital marketing initiatives
9. Update agent details on a weekly basis and provide the data to IT for uploading for onboarding to M360
