Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd.Porsche Singapore is offering a Human Resources internship opportunity. The successful intern will support various HR functions, including the employee/intern life cycle in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
- Assisting in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards.
- Reviewing candidates' profiles, identifying and recommending potential candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinating interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders, and occasionally participating in the interviewing process.
- Preparing and conducting onboarding for new joiners, and to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Assisting with HR administrations, processes, and general enquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting and ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and databases.
- Assisting in planning and organising employee engagement activities.
- Supporting in the preparation of HR-related presentations and reporting.
- Supporting in office management tasks.
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies.
- Past internship experience preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
- Enjoys engaging with and fostering relationships with others.
- Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.
- Able to exercise professional discretion and work with confidential and sensitive information.
