- Assist in managing and overseeing the financial operations in the construction industry.
- Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Assist in leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals.
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
