
Regional Category Manager – Facilities & Constructions

- Develop and execute regional category strategies for Facilities and Equipment, leveraging internal demand insights and external market intelligence.
- Identify and deliver cost savings, value engineering, and supplier innovation opportunities.
- Build and maintain a multi-year sourcing roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx development, bid evaluation, and supplier negotiations.
- Draft, redline, and manage complex contracts (MSAs, SOWs, pricing agreements, T&Cs) in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
- Ensure alignment with global procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, translating business needs into sourcing strategies.
- Conduct supplier business reviews, performance evaluations, and risk assessments.
- Drive supplier consolidation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize tools like SAP SRM, Workday Sourcing, and Tableau to analyze spend, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Procurement Expertise: 5–6 years in indirect procurement, with 3–5 years focused on facilities and construction sourcing.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies.
- Contractual Acumen: Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
- Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau preferred).
- Communication & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese to support regional supplier and stakeholder engagement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management are advantageous.
- Travel: Up to 25%.
