We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.Job Responsibilities
  • Main responsibility is providing Secretarial support assisting the Managing Directors (MD)
  • Maintaining the MDs schedule and calendar
  • Assisting in planning conferences, appointments, and board meetings
  • Preparing, handling and managing corporate documents e.g. memos, contracts, SLAs, financial reports and invoices
  • Coordinating travel and logistics arrangement
  • Onboarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Maintaining department distribution lists and shared drives
  • Perform general office duties e.g. monitor office supplies, facility management etc
  • Represent department in workplace initiatives and matters
  • Organize and coordinate GIPS events and workshops
  • Act as cover for other executive assistants as required
  • Providing administrative support to the group as the SharePoint administrator
  • Appointed e-Memo maker/requester for group's purchases
  • Backup support for the issuance of PR (Purchase Requisition) and performing GR (Goods Receipt)
Job Requirements
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in administration work
  • Proficient in Windows 365 Collaboration Tools like Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills working with Operations/Technical/Production support teams
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite of products
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Operations support
  • Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Flexible approach to work and able to work overtime as required
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
