
Senior Client Service Manager - Funds

- Be the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all jurisdictions.
- Own the client relationship-understand contracts, manage delivery, and drive satisfaction.
- Lead regular business reviews, manage escalations, and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with local offices and global teams to ensure alignment and operational readiness.
- Monitor contract performance, profitability, and client KPIs-proactively driving improvements.
- Identify upsell opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Champion client satisfaction through feedback loops, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in client service or account management within financial services or fund administration (minimum 5 years of managing against a commercial contract with understanding of the Service Level Agreements and definitions of scope as applied to pricing)
- Strong diplomatic and relationship-building skills across cultures and geographies
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity and drive change
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- High integrity, resilience, and a passion for delivering best-in-class service
- Bachelor's degree as a minimum
- Fluent in English, clear and concise written and oral communication
