- Project Scope Support: Assist program manager in defining, documenting, and managing project scopes of work, ensuring all project requirements are clearly articulated and understood.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Regularly update to reflect current project status and facilitate transparency.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to project performance. Assist in identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement based on established metrics.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
- Risk and Issue Tracking: Support the identification and documentation of project risks and issues. Assist in developing mitigation strategies and tracking their implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams and stakeholders. Prepare concise status reports and presentations to keep all parties informed of project/program developments.
- Documentation Management: Ensure that all project documentation is current, organized, and accessible.
- Process Support: Assist in the implementation and adherence to processes and methodologies.
- Quality Assurance: Help ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards by participating in project/program reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing refinement of processes and tools, providing insights and suggestions based on project experiences.
- Bachelors Degree in Construction, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar equivalent
- 2 - 4 years of experience with Advanced Manufacturing/Semiconductor/Data Center projects
- Experience and knowledge of main project management concept, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work in fast paced and high pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
- Strong grasp of the English language (written and oral) including ability to write reports, draft minutes and attend meetings with international clients
- Experience from consultancy background is preferred.
