Own applications and develop new metrology with Focused Ion Beam (FIB) systems with optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support task force groups, mentor new hires, and provide expert technical guidance. Manage and establish technology roadmaps, ensuring efficient operation and fostering strong industry relationships with suppliers. Implement innovative FIB applications to close inline detection gaps. Adopt advanced First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) equipment to optimize workflow processes and equipment utilization. Identify modeling opportunities using metrology and detection data to explain electrical failed signature at probe and its impact on product reliability and performance. Master's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Focused Ion Beam (FIB) techniques. Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving product reliability and performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring and guiding research teams.
