We provide IT solutions and support to all customers and partners of Ocean Network Express (ONE) to achieve the philosophy of together as “ONE”.ONE Tech Stop is a subsidiary of ONE, we focus on IT Operations & Infrastructure Optimisation, IT Governance & Security Enhancement as well as Realisation for Innovation & Offshore Transformation Activities for ONE.We are a joint venture between Ocean Network Express (ONE) and CyberLogitec (CLT). ONE Tech Stop’s (OTS) objective is to combine ONE’s shipping expertise with CLT’s specialised technical expertise, to establish a strong and competitive IT team that provides exceptional IT services internally to ONE. As the IT arm of ONE, we are working to enhance ONE’s core values through innovative and efficient digital solutions.ONE Tech Stop is an extension of ONE’s IT, with its main focus on IT Operations. OTS’s HQ is located in Singapore with two branch offices in South Korea and Vietnam.Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE
To work with and support the IT Operations and Groupware teams in maintaining the organization's IT environment, assisting with troubleshooting, and contributing to projects that improve the efficiency and productivity of the team and the organisation.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in daily operational tasks and gain hands-on experience with real-world IT systems.
  • Help with troubleshooting and assist in resolving IT issues under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Observe and assist in interactions with organisation users, teams and external vendors.
  • Learn about and support the implementation of IT standards and policies.
  • Research new technologies/solutions for end-user support.
  • Assist in analyzing end-user support logs to identify potential issues.
  • Document procedures and solutions for future reference.
  • Perform other learning-based tasks as assigned by the IT Ops and Groupware team leads.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and systems.
  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing information.
  • Willingness to learn and solve problems.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Exposure to Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Experience with helpdesk or IT support environments is a plus.
  • Coursework in the following areas is beneficial:
  • Networking Fundamentals: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • System Administration: Basic knowledge of user account management, software installation, and system monitoring.
  • Database Concepts: Introduction to database management systems and SQL.
  • Cybersecurity Basics: Awareness of common security threats and best practices.
