- Manage a portfolio of key partners acting as their main product contact, identify and size new opportunities
- Deeply understand partner business models, user behaviours, and success metrics to propose compelling use cases tailored to each focused sector
- Build and grow relationships with partner decision makers to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and mutual growth goals
- Use Google Analytics and partner data to track conversion funnels, identify friction points, and recommend improvements
- Conduct A/B testing and run experiments (UX tweaks, new flow designs) to increase acquisition, activation, conversion and retention metrics
- Translate insights into actionable UI/UX improvements for both API and iframe deployments
- Facilitate ideation workshops with partners to uncover high-impact, feasible product opportunities
- Build business cases for proposed use cases, showing ROI for both the partner and our business
- Prioritise initiatives based on potential impact, ease of integration and market fit
- Define and manage partner integration requirements, from API documentation to iframe user flows, by work closely with design, engineering, legal and compliance to ensure interfaces are intuitive, responsive and partner-brand compliant
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal and compliance to take new features and use cases from concept, kick-off to go-live
- Manage partner onboarding, coordinate internal resources and ensure integration timelines are met
- Monitor adoption post-launch and iterate based on performance data
- 3- 5 years of experience in product management in fintech, ecommerce, digital platforms or launching digital insurance products
- Proven ability to own and grow strategic accounts through data-led product decisions and innovation
- Proficient in Google Analytics and comfortable with funnel analysis and experimentation
- Experience with API and iframe integrations, with a strong eye for UI/UX quality
- Strong understanding of partner onboarding, technical documentation and go-live processes
- Skilled at translating partner needs into business cases and deliverable product features
- Strong relationship management and communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
- Exposure to regional markets in Asia is a plus
- Know agile-scrum project management experience, ability to prioritise, manage expectations and effectively manage a product and sprint backlog
