Preparation of journals and keeping proper supporting documentation and filing in preparation for audit.
Liaison with Intercompany for arrangement of monthly intercompany billings and Purchase Order.
Validating employees expense claims against local policy.
Churn time report and send weekly timesheet reminders to employees.
Liaison with Shared Service team.
Preparing and analyzing monthly balance sheet items such as accruals, prepayments, etc.
Assist in preparing audit schedules and other ah-hoc assignments.

Assist in monthly management reports, SOX reporting and budget reports.
Support SOX/Internal/External audit.
Preparation of quarterly listing of Open Purchase Orders and Jobs and coordinate with Commercial Finance on status.

Commercial management

Support Finance Supervisor/AFM in liaison with client service team on job management such as creation of project budgets, billings, project reconciliations, revenue recognition and project closures.
Liaise with Client Service team; ensure billings are generated timely and accurately.
Liaison with Shared Service team when answering queries from client facing and/or project management team regarding settlement of supplier accounts/ invoices.
Guiding client facing and/or project management team to obtain appropriate documentations required in setting up new client/ vendor account in financial systems.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, whether within the Finance department or in other functions.

What You'll Need

Experience/understanding in Finance/Accounting
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Individuals with 1-2 years' relevant working experiences is an added advantage
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint (particularly excel)
Positive attitude towards problem solving
Good team player with a can-do attitude, keen to learn and committed to ensuring deadlines are met.
Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task whilst maintaining strong attention to details
Team player who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
Independent, highly motivated and committed
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
