- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, confident, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Prior sales, retail, or client servicing experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and follow through with leads.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training will be provided).
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas.
- Support the project and sales team in generating leads and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Assist in qualifying and following up on leads through calls, emails, or client visits.
- Maintain and update customer databases, records, and sales documentation.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and product information packages.
- Participate in client meetings or presentations when required.
- Conduct competitor or market research to support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on customer messaging and promotions.
- Assist in planning and coordinating sales-related events, exhibitions, or customer engagements.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
