- Collaboration with Leaders: Work closely with sales leaders to implement streamlined workflows.
- Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Customer Surveys: Conduct surveys to assess the customer experience during onboarding.
- CX Recommendations: Propose innovative solutions to improve the onboarding process and overall customer satisfaction.
- Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Competitor Research: Study the offerings of competitors in the cash management market.
- Opportunity Identification: Work with leaders to identify gaps and areas for potential growth.
- International Customer Insights:
- Cross-Cultural Research: Research the unique needs and behaviours of customers from different countries.
- Solution Development: Propose tailored customer solution packages based on your research findings.
- Performance Reporting:
- Scorecard Generation: Generate monthly performance scorecard reports, working with sales leaders to analyze productivity.
- Open to learning and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
