  • Partnering with business product owners to drive Product & Proposition target or Customer Service deliverables
  • Lead the technical delivery of assigned tasks / projects.
  • Building relationships with Delivery leads, other Engineering team members and business users across the organization. Being able to engage and articulate the technical solution across team is critical to this role.
  • Contributes for the overall Policy Admin System architecture and design, providing best practice guidance and patterns.
  • Maintaining knowledge and understanding of the industry verticals, critical for implementation.
  • Maintaining a complete awareness of the Insurance/Financial Industries latest updates and developments allowing you to support/suggest appropriate solution for user needs
  • Task driven. Be able to control and commit to the agreed timeline.
The Successful ApplicantExperience
  • Deep understanding of Life Policy admins features and functionalities
  • 8 years and above Insurance/Financial Industry experience with a minimum of 5 years on Supporting Core Policy Admin systems
  • knowledge of Surrounding applications like underwriting engine, Front end / mobile applications, and workflow.
  • Good experience in omnichannel Integration
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
  • Knowledge of integrating with other surrounding applications around core application like Sales Portals, Workflow and underwriting engines.
  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset paired with strong communication skills.
  • Very good conceptual and analytical skills and a high motivation to define process automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and collaborative team environment
  • Experience in application integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.
Education
  • Academic: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
  • Professional Certification(s): CRM, CCM, Cloud, Agile certification (Preferred)
