- Strategic Marketing Planning: Support the development and execution of short- and long-term action plans to grow brand awareness and profitability.
- Collaborate on the implementation of marketing campaigns across both ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) channels.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing communications, including digital and traditional channels.
- Help manage partnerships with agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze consumer insights, competitive trends, and market intelligence. Provide inputs to develop effective marketing plans.
- Promotions & Trade Marketing: Assist in conceptualizing promotions that drive consumption and align with advertising efforts for an integrated 360-degree marketing strategy. Help build strong product presence in various distribution channels.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Promoters, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure effective execution of marketing plans. Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking market trends and analyzing product sales performance.
- Learning Opportunities: Exposure to the entire marketing lifecycle of well-known skincare and personal care brands. Hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Insights into trade marketing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
