Proven data science expertise, with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable machine learning and AI solutions.
Deep technical skills in Python (including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) and SQL, plus experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and NoSQL databases.
Specialist knowledge in NLP, recommender systems, user profiling, and GenAI/LLM.
End-to-end delivery capability, from data exploration and model development to deployment, monitoring, and iteration, working with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and collaboration, able to clearly explain complex findings and work effectively in agile, cross-functional environments.
