- Communicate with attendees to confirm details and answer queries
- Coordinate with the core team to ensure smooth registration flow
- Prepare name tags or check-in materials
- Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and online forms
- Able to commit the whole 3 hrs
- Punctual and dependable
