- Manage customer interactions regarding purchase orders, forecasts, inventory, and tax invoicing.
- Ensure prompt processing of orders, preparation of shipping documents, and invoicing to customers.
- Communicate with customers regarding stock inventory, consignment planning, change-orders, and forecast planning.
- Handle email correspondences with customers, suppliers, and forwarders regarding shipment details.
- Maintain thorough documentation related to customers, including emails, purchase orders, tax invoices, etc.
- GCE ‘O’ levels and above
- 1 -2 years of relevant experience
- Good time management and customer oriented will have added advantageous
