Job Responsibilities:● Be responsible for the expansion of key business resources /institutional clientssuch as blockchain projects, professional traders, brokers, etc;● Be familiar with different forms of channel cooperation in the industry, and be able tofind target customers through multiple channels;● Establish good cooperative relationships with target key customers. Maintain closecommunication with key customers/Market makers;● Participate in market research and competitive product analysis, provide relevantmarket information and constructive suggestions for marketing decision-making;● Provide timely feedback on market development and marketing progress, andexplore potential institutional cooperation opportunities.Job Requirements:● 5+ years of experience working in key customer development/maintenance ispreferred;● Proficient in both English and Chinese, with fluency in listening, speaking, reading,and writing in English. Overseas study experience is preferred.● Have a certain understanding of market making / quantitative strategies, blockchainindustry or traditional financial industry is preferred;● Good business literacy, temperament and image, affinity, and a strong businessdevelopment sense;● Have excellent communication skills, learning ability, self-drive, data analysis ability,and logical reasoning ability.
