E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global e-commerce IPR governance strategies for sellers/creators to create e-commerce ecosystem and achieve governance goals.
- Build a full-process governance framework based on all aspects involved in lifecycles of sellers/creators, including establishing risk signals, composing governance strategy, publishing internal and external rules or policies, and promoting their implementation, to minimize potential IPR risks on the platform.
- Define operational metrics and indicators, establish monitoring systems for them, and observe the effectiveness and efficiency of IPR risk control strategies.
- Possess data analysis capabilities to identify gaps, loopholes, and defects in policies/processes/indicators; identify characteristics of risky sellers/creators in time, and implement governance and moderation strategies.
- Collaborate with relevant business teams such as product, algorithm, legal, etc., to implement the solutions for IPR-related issues.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, Statistics, Law related majors are preferred.
- 3 years of experience in platform governance, with an in-depth understanding of moderating business and IPR; familiar with the characteristics of all stages of sellers/creators' lifecycle; possess problem identifying and solving abilities.
- Good project management and analytical skills, able to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and initiate projects.Preferred Qualifications
