• Define solution architectures for current and future states to address project and business needs.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and offer guidance to development teams in crafting new software solutions.
• Offer inclusive delivery leadership, ensuring all voices are heard in the process.
• Develop and oversee solution designs in alignment with corporate architectures.
• Review designs for strategic compliance.
• Mentor and advise architects, technical leads, application specialists, and developers.
• Lead the team in resolving technical debts and defects to maintain solution reliability.
• Conduct system analysis, design, and code reviews to ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and of high quality.
• Influence management decisions across organizational boundaries.
• Collaborate effectively with the IT team to deliver solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining advanced cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering complex web-based applications using relevant technologies such as Java, GoogleGWT, HTML/JavaScript, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Familiarity with frameworks including Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Experience working with database servers like Oracle, MSSQL, and NoSQL.
• Leadership experience in guiding development teams to deliver cloud-based application solutions.
• GCP/AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred, at the Professional level.
• Understanding of MVC design, Data modeling, Deployment & Build management, and Data migration.
• Experience with Cloud Native Architecture including Microservices, Docker, Docker Swarm / Kubernetes, container-based orchestration, CI/CD, and Domain Driven Design (DDD), API Design.
• Familiarity with other public Clouds (AWS or GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across business and IT functions.
