- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management in Data Center Network Infrastructure construction and fit out.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.
- 5 years of experience in data center networking engineering and architecture.
- 5 years of large scale project management and process improvement experience in the telecom or data center infrastructure.
- Experience within complex organizational settings (e.g., PMO, geographic dispersion, etc.).
- Experience in Network, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or other Engineering fields.
- Co-location and Large Scale Data Center operational experience, and familiarity with supply chain and logistics concepts.
- Knowledge of data networking architectures and physical network components.
- Familiarity with data center, networking, or telecom operations Experience working in complex organizational settings (e.g., shared accountability, geographic dispersion, ambiguity, etc.), and excellent investigative, quantitative, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Manage a team of Network Infrastructure Engineers/Technical Program Managers responsible for cross-functional coordination and oversight of data center network and capacity growth projects in a given region to deliver on on-time delivery and cycle time goals.
- Work with direct reports and partner teams to set and implement short term and long term infrastructure delivery strategy for the region.
- Hire, coach and develop a team of program managers to meet objectives. Deliver effective execution at scale within large, multi-project programs, driving process development and iterative optimization.
- Manage career development and aid in personal growth of a team of Network Infrastructure Engineers and T/PgMs. Manage network infrastructure capacity delivery programs.
- Support the team to solve technical issues revolving around network port capacity, physical cabling installation, network equipment capacity, project scheduling, and logistics.
